If you explore real Etsy shops and analyze their listings, you’ll find plenty of digital products that are making good money.
I did the research for you and found 10 digital products that have already made over $10,000 in total sales — one even made over $800,000.
The best part? Many of these products are beginner-friendly and you can even start selling them today.
But First — A Hard Truth
If you’re new to the digital product space, let me tell you something: you can’t just create whatever you feel like selling and expect it to take off.
This is one of the biggest mistakes beginners make is creating products they personally like without checking whether people actually want them.
The most successful digital products share two key traits:
- They solve a real problem or need
- They already have a proven track record of selling
Once you find those high-demand, high-performing products, your goal is simple — create your own better version.
How To Find Winning Products
There are tons of ways to research — manually browsing Etsy, scrolling Pinterest, checking Google Trends, or using tools that analyze product performance and sales data.
I used Profit Tree’s product research tool, which pulls real-time data from Etsy and shows you exactly how much a product is earning and how often it’s selling. Lucky for you, I already went down that rabbit hole so you don’t have to.
Now let’s explore some interesting digital product ideas.
The 10 Products Worth Your Attention
1. Canva Website Templates
Website templates sell extremely well on Etsy, but platforms like Shopify can have a bit of a learning curve.
That’s why Canva websites are such a great alternative — super beginner-friendly, just drag and drop, no coding required.
This one template made specifically for UGC and content creators — made over $14,000. The kicker? It’s priced at $1,430.

That blew my mind, because usually you’ll see Canva website templates go for less than $50.
But they’re charging way more and people are still buying it. It’s sitting in 18 people’s carts right now, and they’re not even running ads. Like, how wild is that?
The lesson: if you create something genuinely high quality and super valuable, you get to set the price. The right buyers will see the value and happily pay for it. You define the value of your product.
2. Airbnb Welcome Guides & Bundles
Digital products for Airbnb hosts are another profitable niche.
This Airbnb welcome guide template has already made $22,000 in sales. Interestingly, another related product from the same shop has made an additional $15,000. Combined, that’s a solid chunk of income from just two related products.
And here’s the kicker: Airbnb bundles are selling like crazy on Etsy. And the top-performing bundle you can has already pulled in $76,000.
That’s the beauty of building products around a specific niche.

You take all those smaller offers, bundle them together, and sell at a higher price point. That’s how you create high-ticket digital products.
Because let’s be real — selling $1 to $2 products means you’d have to make hundreds of sales a day just to see meaningful profit.
But a bundle priced at $100? You only need one sale a day. Work smarter, not harder.
3. Ebook Templates for Course Creators
With the growth of online courses, coaches and educators often need professionally designed workbooks or ebooks for their students.
With so many coaches and educators launching courses these days, the demand for course-related digital products has skyrocketed.
The listing I found has brought in $22,000 in total revenue, has 160 pages, and is currently sitting in 20 people’s carts — a great sign it’s converting well.

Here’s the interesting part though, right above it is a product from a different seller — a massive bundle with over 2,500 templates that has made over $42,000.
You’d think that would completely outshine everything else. But when you look at their monthly numbers, they’re performing almost the same.
What does that tell us? More templates don’t automatically mean more value. If your product solves a specific need and looks high quality, people will buy it.
It’s not about quantity — it’s about clarity and value.
4. Budget Planners & Financial Templates
Budget planners and financial spreadsheets are consistently strong sellers.
The listing at the top has made $108,000 in total revenue, is sitting in 20 carts, and continues to sell consistently every month.

When browsing similar listings, it becomes clear that the personal finance niche performs well.
No surprise there. The finance niche is literally out here making money by helping others manage theirs.
Fair warning though: creating spreadsheets and financial templates isn’t for everyone. There’s definitely a learning curve. But if you’re up for it, this is a very promising niche to tap into.
5. Digital Planners for GoodNotes
This category produced the most surprising result of all.
A digital planner designed for GoodNotes has generated $894,000 in total sales. That’s insane.

And here’s what’s really interesting: almost all of the top-performing digital planners I came across were made specifically for GoodNotes.
So if you’re thinking about getting into this space, lean into that ecosystem. Clearly there’s a huge audience buying, and the data proves it.
6. Instagram Templates
What I love about Instagram templates is how flexible they are — you can create them for so many different niches.
The top-performing bundle I found is made for real estate agents, has made $91,000, and is sitting in 20 people’s carts.

But — it includes 54,000 templates. So not exactly beginner-friendly.
Don’t worry though, because I also found a listing with a colorful retro vibe, only 50 templates, and it’s still made $16,000 in revenue.

You don’t need thousands of assets to be successful. Don’t feel pressured to go over the top right out of the gate. Quality over quantity, always.
7. Nursery Wall Art Prints
For those of you curious about the wall art niche — specifically nursery prints — these are performing really well on Etsy.
One simple set of three safari animal nursery prints is priced at $35 and brings in around $500 per month, with over $50,000 in total sales.

If you’ve been thinking about selling wall art, especially for nurseries, this might be a great place to start.
8. Wedding & Event Templates
The wedding industry is huge, and many couples look for ways to reduce costs while still creating beautiful invitations.
One of the best digital products to start with in this space: wedding invitations.
The Canva editable template I found has made over $19,000 in sales and is currently sitting in 20 people’s carts.

With more and more DIY brides trying to cut costs while still keeping things beautiful, the market is only growing.
And it doesn’t stop at weddings — think birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, and beyond. There’s a lot of opportunity in the entire event space.
9. Travel Agent Templates
I wanted to find something in the travel niche, and what surprised me is that what’s actually performing well are travel agent templates — not travel guides for tourists.
It makes total sense though. Products made for businesses — aka B2B — tend to sell really well because business owners are usually more willing to invest in tools that make their work easier or look more professional.
The top-performing listing is a travel agent starter kit bundle that’s made over $45,000.
And get this — the top three listings I found in this category are all from the same shop, and they’re all crushing it.

Definitely worth exploring if you enjoy designing for service-based businesses.
10. Resume Templates
At first glance, resume templates might seem like an overcrowded niche since many free templates exist online.
However, the data tells a different story.
The top-performing listing is a Google Docs and Microsoft Word resume template, and it’s made over $87,000 in total sales.

Like, what? And when you see other listings down in the list, they’re all performing well. Clearly, there’s still strong demand for professionally designed resumes.
Here’s my takeaway: oversaturation isn’t always the enemy. Instead of avoiding popular niches, focus on how you can stand out.
Whether that’s your design style, the extra value you pack in like matching cover letters or portfolios, or the way you market it to a specific audience. There’s still room for your product in a market this massive.
Final Takeaway
Many beginners worry that popular niches are already too saturated. But research shows that high demand often means there is still room for new creators.
Success usually comes from:
- Creating high-quality designs
- Solving a specific problem
- Targeting a clear audience
- Adding extra value through bundles or resources
Don’t let the fear of competition hold you back — there’s space for you, and there’s a buyer out there waiting for exactly what you’re creating.
The best time to start building digital products is now. The sooner you begin experimenting and creating, the faster you can learn what works and start growing your Etsy income.
Waiting for the perfect moment will only delay your success.
